If you want a 90-day reports, 60-day pre-mediation reports, or 30-day pre-trial reports, you will get them…. on time, without having to remind us. Whether you want detailed deposition reports or quick overviews, written or verbal trial status reports, budgets, expert pre-approval submissions, or the like, you will have them. We will make every effort to study your litigation and billing guidelines and comply with them consistently, without constant reminders from you … and when we make a mistake (as we sometimes will), we will correct it promptly.
