Born in Ipswitch, England and raised in the Piedmont Triad, Taylor joined Garrison Law Group in May 2019, after spending almost three years working as an Assistant District Attorney in Randolph and Rowan Counties. As a prosecutor, he tried more than 50 cases. Since joining Garrison Law Group, Taylor has handled numerous medical malpractice cases and claims for a variety of providers. He handles claims from the date of the incident through every subsequent stage, including internal and regulatory investigations, pre-suit negotiations, complex discovery, motions practice and hearings, and trials. Taylor regularly assists physicians with medical board investigations and prepares treating physicians and other caregivers to testify in court and in depositions. Taylor provides counsel regarding juvenile patients who are in the hospital awaiting placement and discharge. He also provides engaging and entertaining compliance training for clinicians.
